/| Super Sweet/Affectionate |\ "Can we cuddle?"
Melody is a sweet dog who loves to be able to cuddle. She tends to show affection very easily and has no problem giving kisses or hugs. Children are something she just loves no matter the age she could happy let a child pull on her ears or fur with not a single problem. She would do anything to make her partner happy.

/| High energy |\ "Walks yes! Lets go come on!"
With energy that could go for day Melody has lots of it. She play for hours or even run along side a bike with no problems. She joys long walks to any way so long as it is with her partner. She takes a lot to get rid of her all her energy but she doesn't have a problem with not using it. In fact she can even be rather lazy at times.

/| Playful |\ "Try and catch me!"
Along with all her energy Melody is actually really playful and loved to play with children or a ball. Her favorite game is keep away which she tends to do a lot of. She tends to be a bit of tease when she gets into this random moment of extreme silliness during her play time.

/| Calm/Gentle |\ "A nap sounds just wonderful right now"
Despite her large size Melody is very gentle around children and even humans. She actually extremely careful because of a fear she has that her partner will send her way again. She can even be very calm and lay back with anyone.

/| Distrusting/Wary |\ "Umm I don't know about that"
Because of her first owner sending her away. Melody has a bit of a hard time trusting humans. Even though she loves them to death. She has great fear of being left behind and all alone again. It takes her little while to get use to new people but once she does she becomes very loving and loyal. However, Melody is fine with other pets and is even excited when meeting new ones for loved to make friends.

/| Protective |\ "Don't you think about touching my Partner."
Once Melody has become attached to someone she becomes protective and will stand her ground to very end if it means she can protect them from harm. She also known to not even think about danger if it involves her owner. In general she is protective over most people and pets more so to the small or the ones close to her.

Born of an unwanted littler Melody was one of the smaller pups while she was most oddly colored. Her mother's owner chose to keep her while selling all of her other siblings. Thinking she would be able to stay with mother forever, Melody made herself a very much at home with out a real care. Every day she could play with the young boy of the house. Running chasing each other it was truly a wonderful place where she had fun each day. However, this happiness was short lived as she grew older she became much too large for her family to keep her. They feared she would hurt the young boy or even their new baby. So they sent her away to the pet center leaving her their in hopes she would find a new home and a new place. Of course life had been nice for a short time even as she waited each day for someone new to come in and take her home. This would only fall a part when the pet center was destroyed by the stays and it was closed down.
